Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" and choose whether you're a tenant or landlord. Fill out the registration form with your basic information.

How do I connect with my landlord/tenant?

Your landlord can add you to the system, or you can add your landlord using the "Add Landlord" feature in your dashboard.

Reviews & Ratings

When can I leave a review?

Reviews can only be submitted after your lease has ended. This ensures honest, complete feedback about the entire rental experience.

Can I edit my review?

Reviews can be edited within 30 days of submission. After that, they become permanent to maintain integrity.

What should I include in my review?

Focus on communication, maintenance response, property condition, and overall experience. Be honest and constructive.

Privacy & Security

How is my data protected?

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your personal information is never shared without consent.

Who can see my reviews?

Reviews are visible to verified users of the platform. Personal contact information is always kept private.

Can I delete my account?
