If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you can appeal the decision:

  • Submit an appeal within 30 days of the enforcement action
  • Provide specific reasons why you believe the action was incorrect
  • Include any additional context or evidence
  • Appeals are reviewed by a different team member than the original decision
  • You will receive a response within 7 business days
