Our Commitment to Accessibility

Conformance Status

WCAG 2.1 AA Compliant

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. RentTrust is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.

Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address these areas and achieve full compliance.

Known Accessibility Issues

We are aware of the following accessibility issues and are working to address them:

  • Some third-party map components may not be fully accessible to screen readers
  • Some property image carousels may require mouse interaction for full functionality
  • PDF documents may not have proper structure for screen readers

Expected Resolution: We are actively working on these issues and expect to have them resolved by the end of Q2 2024.
